Rainbo comes in the second spot for us for mushroom tinctures. They offers an exceptional product, but fall short in just a couple areas. It would be great to know the exact mg content that is in each dropper. Rainbo suggests taking 4ml (4 droppers) twice per day which suggests a lower total mg content. They also don’t offer 3rd party lab tests on compounds like beta glucans and terpenes, but this isn’t super common. Cure Mushrooms does this but most do not. That doesn’t take away from the product quality of Rainbo, however.

The mushrooms are cultivated and sourced sustainably from Canada. They are organic, non-gmo, and dual extracted. The price is at the higher end at $40 per tincture. Subscription does save 10% but we’d like to see this priced a little lower, which would help our overall review. Based on serving size, it’s about 25 servings in each bottle.

Life Cykel is a well established brand in the space, with tons of reviews amongst its loyal customer base. There is no doubt they are one of the best, but they lack a few key components for us in our review criteria. For one, the potency of the product isn’t listed. It’s hard to find much of any nutritional label on their website, though it does offer a 30 serving tincture. The company also does not offer 3rd party lab tests saying that testing is “in its infancy”. This isn’t wrong, but over the past 3 months, it has become far more popular. As a large company, we expect this of them.

The products are high quality and mushrooms are cultivated in Australia, but we do not see organic certification like others have. They do use Kakuda plum to help deliver a better taste, so we do appreciate that, but wish for better ingredients and more transparency, especially for a price of $34.95 per tincture. This is priced pretty well, but might be a little too high given the quality of the product. The subscription savings at 20% are great, though!

As far as a guarantee, Life Cykel only offers a 7 day guarantee and not a full month like Cure Mushrooms and Rainbo offer, but at least it’s something! Where Life Cykel shines is in their customer reviews, where they have racked up thousands across the internet. That helped propel them into our 3rd best mushroom tincture!
